I wonder if English-speaking devs think of tech stacks as more... changeable? Something that can be altered later?

@okuramasafumi BTW thanks for your language learning advice. I'm listening to more Japanese language podcasts (about Ruby and cycling mostly) and it's been very helpful.

@nateberkopec Yes it's quite interesting, Japanese people mostly copy English terms, but "技術選定" is a rare case of inventing our own phrase.
Another case is "Immutable Infrastructure" that appeared with Docker. That is English phrase but I heard it's valid only in Japan.
