One of my new windmills to tilt against is the documentation page for Ruby at https://www.ruby-lang.org/en/documentation/ -- I think this could be improved. (Mostly I think the problem is that things that would be valuable for most users -- like the API reference -- are mingled in with stuff of dubious general value).

Agree? Disagree? Any suggestions if I try to make a PR against the current page?
