Many folks here on the #Fediverse made a conscious decision to leave #Twitter. Or :birdsite: Birdsite, as it is called.

Due to toxicity, harrassment or the vanity culture of influencers or other reasons.

They then don't want to be confronted with cross-posting accounts that effectively bring them to birdsite once again.
