If I could do it all over again, I would definitely have gotten an MD instead of a PhD. I have three sick kids at home who absolutely have the flu. No doubt about it. I brought it home, I've been diagnosed with it, they all started showing identical symptoms 24 hours later. But their pediatrician won't just prescribe them Tamiflu. She wants me to drag them ALL into the office so she can look at them, and nod, charge 200 bucks, and then tell me they have the flu.
