I need your help with #accessibility.

Would a tool to find relevant parts of a page be helpful to blind and partially-sighted people? If so, how should such a tool be controlled? My add-on is Mark My Search (links and description in reply) and it is currently inaccessible to the visually impaired, but I am hopeful it could be a huge help if adapted.
