So, if Russia has turned off the power, why the urgent request for light bulbs? How do you plan to power those bulbs? Further, your message says you need to protect Ukrainians from freezing temps - how will light bulbs do that? It seems the need is for electricity to keep the lights and heat on and not so much about the light bulbs.
