@EU_Commission I have just come back from Budapest to Berlin by night train. Arrived at 8:30, at work at 9:30. It's the best!
@EU_Commission Great news! However, relying on #deutschebahn for these connections is inherently making them unreliable. Their website states they cannot sell these tickets online, when I try to find an offer for Munich-Rome next year. You gotta understand, in Germany we live in the 19th- early 20th century technology-wise.

Exciting new night trains. Highlighting, for me:
1. Amsterdam - Barcelona
2. Paris - Milan - Venice
Thanks to the Eurostar connection London - Paris and London - Amsterdam, these are simply fabulous. It means we Catalans can visit friends and family back home without the hassle and absurdities of flying. And likewise for friends and family in Croatia – assuming there's going to be a day train from Venice to Zagreb.
@EU_Commission this is great! They are still too expensive and cars and planes are still too cheap but it's a good start.
