@MariaLivGallery It depends on your screen size. On a large screen, it's in the top left. On smaller screens, it's part of the Explore page (# symbol)

Thank you for your reply! Ok, yes I saw the search icon now when I used Mastodon on my laptop. On my iPhone I can't see any search function at all.

But then I tried the Mastodon app again and it seems to be much better now + in the app I can see the search function. :-)

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but why would people necessarily risk being harassed if we could search for them?

Also, is there a function to change your username in Mastodon?
