Today, we are disbursing the first €4.5 billion of support under the new €50 billion Ukraine Facility.
This will provide immediate support, including paying salaries and pensions and providing essential public services.
It paves the way for regular payments once the newly submitted Ukraine Plan is positively assessed and the Council endorses it.
