I only like the reminder that the post os old. Asking people to be kind is cringey and a reflection of newer generations attitude. You already have a warning like that in your instance and the user posting can have another one in its bio space. Asking everyone all the time to be polite is like North Korea totalitarian behaviour, we humans are not made to be polite all the time. We are not robots and even robots get pissed off.
