We .

On 31 March the winter heating season ended, and our gas storages were over 58% full – the highest level on record at this time of year.

We have emerged from the past winters stronger than before, with greater energy security and solidarity, and a cleaner energy mix.

And we must continue this path to support our citizens and industry, and our Ukrainian friends.

In fact, it's highly correlated with the weather, isn't it?

Don't know how was the weather like in other parts of Europe, but I'm afraid it has been a warmer winter in this corner of the continent ( aemet.es/es/noticias/2024/03/a ).

And that does "help" with our gas storage. But they aren't good news, indeed.

That's what the fossil fuel industry fears most, irrelevance & obsolescence.

You can't enrich yourself when people don't buy your planet frying product anymore.

No wonder the industry funds fascist movements, $3 billion dollars a day in profit is a lot to forfeit.

@EU_Commission it's been the mildest winter on record thanks to #GlobalWarming and we're still importing gas from Russia. This is gonna be news the day the reserves will be at 0% and won't ever be refilled.

You @EU_Commission
don't investigate who's behind the terror attack on EU gas supply from Russia, because the winter wasn't that cold. That's what you are saying, aren't you?
