Whenever I see "UTC-7", I _always_ read it as "UTC dash seven". Just one of the many ways time/date math is too hard for me 😆

@tenderlove I initially read it as UTF-7 and thought "what cursed thing is that" and now unfortunately I learned that UTF-7 exists, even though not very successfully.

@tenderlove Either that or typography is too hard and we should be using a real minus sign and not try to press a hyphen into service.
