From wind turbines to fuel cells, Europe can become a leader in the production of net-zero technologies.

The Net-Zero Industry Act we proposed today will create the conditions to scale up our net-zero industry by:

- Fostering investment with simpler permitting processes
- Boosting demand for clean tech
- Setting up sandboxes to test new technologies
- Promoting net-zero tech skills
- Building international partnerships

By 2030, we aim to produce 40% of what we need.

@EU_Commission Nice. Somehow, this allows France to plan for 6 new nuclear reactors. I guess there's not enough wind there.
