Good. Essentially, that account becomes a "soft follow" where you can see their stuff, but have to move away from your main feed to do so.

As a reminder of who's in that category, two UX suggestions:

1. Profile -- Adjacent to any private notes you've added, show "Filtered to: xxx, yyy"

2. Follows list -- Subtly change their avatar (decolorize? fade?) to remind you of their ghostly presence

But again, only you see these indicators.

Thus to fully re-follow someone you've previously filtered, they need to no longer appear on any filtered lists -- essentially indicator 4 above gets wiped out + the avatar in 5 gets revived. This can happen by either:

6. (common) Removing just that account from each such filtered list. Maybe via #4?

7. (more drastic) Toggling entire list(s) to no longer be filtered. If some accounts on that list are also filtered elsewhere, may want to warn before proceeding
