@drmaddkap I’m not licensed in Florida and this isn’t legal advice, but the key problem here is that you have to put your trust in the courts to enforce this & interpret things that way you do, esp when it’s likely regulatory agencies & the legislature are pulling in the other direction. Unfort there just isn’t much magic in the law if politics (and courts as part of that) move in scary directions; law as a bulwark works ok initially but starts failing when systems are corrupted.
