@feditips The ads I have seen, look like they probably are being allowed to be posted, or failing to moderate, rather than actually being part of how the instance runs things. And yes, overall the fediverse is pretty anti-cryptocurrency, though I can't say "blockchain" which while it's usually cryptocurrency and related uses, doesn't actually have to be.

@feditips @JigmeDatse my account is not new but I'm using Fediverse recently. I don't know why it's anti-cryptocurrency that much! Can you please explain? It's weird for me because I wanted to donate Mastodon and Pixelfed but there is no cryptocurrency option! What's wrong with that other than a support option? I'm just a normal person not a marketer who uses cryptocurrencies and I think this is very useful specially if I want to pay without Paypal and Credit cards.
