If I’m on the rubyconf program committee, am I allowed to submit a talk proposal? Thinking about a talk on the new job iteration subsystem coming in Sidekiq 7.3… 🤔

@getajobmike I have, in the past, submitted proposals from being on the committee, but I tend to be a little cautious about it (and recuse myself from the decision if possible)
