Would love some advice and recommendations for this one:

For a non-developer looking to create a site with a paid subscribers area that allows members to access premium content, what's the best overall option?

(Follow-up: will it allow payment through Stripe such that customer information and subscriptions can be migrated away gracefully?)

I can't say it would be trivial to migrate away and keep payments, or import them elsewhere, but it would be theoretically possible with the Stripe API. Easier than most platforms which act as a middleman though

@searls Squarespace I *think* offers something like this, and for non-devs it’s really user friendly. Pattern would also work, but it’s not really a customizable site that you own, so sorta depends on the use case.
