A quick glance through the factsheet or FAQ doesn't indicate the underlying technology that would support instant payments universally. I am however relieved that CTRL+F doesn't match any blockchain nonsense.

It seems Europe has remained levelheaded and pragmatic during the last couple of weird years. Well done yet again!
