Woot! So after the tech replaced the faulty fan in my laptop (and all the heatpipes and heatsinks that go with it), I started getting bad static and frequent disconnects on all of my bluetooth headsets. I figured it had to be related.

I opened up the laptop, found the BT chip, and saw that the AUX wire was loose. I reattached it and problem solved!
