@EU_Commission among others (Italy et al) the Netherlands 🇳🇱 can do better to increase their 15% to much higher values. What is refraining the Dutch from making good steps, like what countries like Sweden have been doing? What are the important differences between leading/guiding countries and the countries with lower percentages? What can we (Dutch society) learn from that and do different?
