@signalapp Signal has been a wonderful user experience so far. One thing I'm worried about is its financial health.. I'd like to see Signal in prosperity, but will it find a dignified business model, which wouldnt turn it into sticker store or crypto casino?

One thing though: I notice that the spoiler text formatting isn't recognized by everyone as being ... well ... #spoiler text. The "buzzing" point cloud doesn't invite people to tap on it. I wonder if black text boxes β¬οΈβ¬οΈβ¬οΈβ¬οΈ would better convey that text is hidden and can be unhidden by tapping.
Something for the #UX people to think about!

@signalapp I appreciate Signal's commitment to privacy, but visible edit marks on messages could compromise discretion. Could we consider a discreet edit feature like WhatsApp's? Also, any updates on replacing phone numbers for identification? Privacy is a priority!

These are all very useful quality of life features. Especially bering able to edit a message is super helpful and I like the transparent way it is implemented.

Please embed Google Cloud Messaging in website version apk
like that of Telegram website version. On our China-made phones wecan't use Google Play Services app. ππππ.
