My home page feed at https://pixelfed.social/i/web has been flooded with 'Sensitive Content' posts from people I don't follow.

I'm wondering how to get rid of it other than muting every single offending profile.

This has become overwhelming, and I have stopped using pixelfed.social.

Do you have any suggestions on how I can persistently get rid of these spammy posts?
