It's a holiday today in Bavaria, where Hetzner's German branch is located according to the website. So that might be a factor.

@Gargron Hetzner is pretty amazing for what one pays… but yeah I’ve also had week long provisioning delays for dedicated servers especially during peak Covid. Hope it comes soon!
