@zkat @woozle @b0rk @meatballhat @aurynn I don't know for sure. My guess is it's a low priority queue action and so very busy servers will get around to it when they get around to it. Just a guess though. Afaik we always follow on move, and our queue is always clear, so that at least doesn't contradict the hypothesis
