@65dBnoise I believe you are missing the point. The robot will not compete with what many companies already have (Disney, Boston Dynamics, etcetera), but the goal is to potentially replace factory workers which Washington Post mentions. https://www.washingtonpost.com/technology/2022/09/30/elon-musk-tesla-bot/

The projection of a lame fantasy to a future of "abundance, a future where there is no poverty, where you can have whatever you want ", brought to you "charitably" by the richest man in the world, and while he's working on it, us suckers go and buy Tesla shares to help him get richer?
