I made Cheesy Beer Bread last night! πŸ§€πŸžπŸ…πŸŒΏ
3 C self-rising flour
3 Tbsp sugar
Optional: handful of sharp shredded cheese and savory herbs, to taste
12 oz room temp beer (not porter or stout)
Mix together and spread into a well-greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.

To make your own self-rising flour, combine:
1 Cup all-purpose flour
1 Β½ tsp baking powder
ΒΌ tsp salt
(So triple these measurements if using in the beer bread recipe.)
