@autoperipatetikos I was told that cognitive function is usually the first to improve after 1-5 sessions, and that progress with fatigue usually only happens after more. But I know people who have felt immediate benefits. And some say they need to keep it up to sustain. Others seem to have lasting benefits. Sorry not more scientific!

@Janetgunter thank you so much. It really helps to find someone else. The others I've spoken to in my group have very different problems to mine. The guy who runs the facility recommended reading relevant journals (which he sent me) but I'm no good at interpreting what they mean in terms of my progress. The idea of HBOT came from someone in Australia and I have no doctor I can talk to here. I hope it works out really well for you.
