I’m not claiming that life here on Mastodon is perfect, but it is a lot more civilised than the other place.

I don’t feel like I need to take a vacation from here… whereas I often did on the other place.

Not sure why I put myself through it for all those years… the dread I sometimes felt when checking my mentions is no longer present.

So thank you to everybody who follows me, everyone who interacts with me & everybody else who makes this place a nice place to be.
