@humanetech @EU_Commission @FRA As someone who is young & technical, I also oppose this reckless #digitalTransformation movement. #Belgium has offline ways of doing some things by mailing a paper form. And the paper form is not published online nor can you pick it up. There is a web form to request the blank form, & the web form has email & phone# as required fields. Not joking.
