I can't stand FedEx. Their store is still open, and I go in to have a package delivered overnight. They tell me they've already had their last pickup for the day, and the best they can do is two day delivery. Meanwhile, the driver is literally loading his truck next to me. I asked if that's the pickup driver right there. The clerk says yes, but he's already "technically left".
