Sometimes servers will show out-of-date or incomplete versions of posts or profiles.

If you want to see complete up-to-date versions (including complete follows/followers lists), you should open the post or profile's "original page":

1. Log in through your server's website
2. Go to the post or profile
3. Click on ⋯ or ︙
4. Select "Open original page"

This will open that post or profile on its own server.
