#Perseverance is drilling into the same spot it had previously abraded. It is the first time this happens in the 624 sols of the #Mars2020 mission on the Red Planet; there are either not many suitable spots in this particular area and the team tries not to waste them, or the abrasion showed something they absolutely wanted to take a sample from.
