Fun fact: you can't save iMessage for Business chats in your contacts and you can't start them except on a business's own terms (a Map pin with a Message icon, a QR code, a link in an app), but you *CAN* add them to your pinned messages and restart a conversation whenever you want. This is actually really handy, but it's maddening that this is the only way.

By the end of 2023, all 9 of my pinned Messages will be brands. Great.
