I am currently experimenting with my use of . I have all the social media apps from my phone and am forcing myself to use the web version of these services instead. I already know it's a lot less addictive and I'm really excited to see how this will change my day-to-day use of my . So far, I have picked up my phone 3 times during a microsecond of and put it down with a smile because there is nothing on it to distract me. Take that subconscious!
