@dansup That reminds me of good old Flickr! And that is good! ;-)

@dansup looks sharp! And I understand the focus on photography, metadata, etc if you want to position #pixelfed as a social photo sharing network.

However: If you want it to be more like an Instagram replacement - which is more about sharing visual stories/blogs, announcements, illustrations (not photographs per-se) - those exif info is less relevant I guess.

@dansup Will this info surface in search somehow?

@dansup nice, much better than the previous sidebar icons next to the image

@dansup very awesome. I migrated from Flickr to Pixelfed and this is what has been missing for me.
I would want to always see these metadata next to a photo.

@dansup it looks much better! 👍

Maybe some icons could be better, but this is a detail. Here are the ones I use on my own photography site: nicolas-hoizey.photo/galleries

@dansup Very clean! I would love some settings to pick and order exif/metadata that I care about. Ideally with the possibility of fallsbacks and/or overrides (in case of missing metadata).

@dansup I love the apparent improvement of the geolocation information. Goodbye vague “Springfield, USA”! Hello “Springfield, Massachusetts, USA” (or Missouri, Ohio, Oregon, Virginia, or Vermont)!
