Our response to those fleeing Ukraine because of Russia's brutal war has been united and immediate.

One week after the invasion, we offered displaced people essential protection across the Union, from residency permits to healthcare.

So far:
▶ Around 4M registrations for temporary protection have been made
▶ More than 700,000 Ukrainian students have been integrated into the national school systems
▶ Over 1.1M people have found employment

Our support is here to stay.

Meanwhile, people are drowning by the thousands in the Mediterranean as a result of EU policies and practices.

@EU_Commission Whoopsy doo. What about our response to people fleeing Africa, the Orient and Central America as a result of policies that impoverish those regions instead of helping them become trading partners?

@EU_Commission I would like to see the same level of support and empathy for people suffering in countries like Syria, Lebanon, Palestine, Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, Myammar, Somalia, Ethiopia, Libya, Mali, etc.

Fortunately for these refugees of USUK-NATO hegemony the you Slav oppressors are offering sanctuary. They would have been just as well off had they emigrated to their true homeland, Russia.

@EU_Commission It is inappropriate and factually incorrect to call this long term NATO/US/CIA project - a project meant to CREATE this conflict between Russia/Ukraine and now US - "russia's war". This is as much the US's conflict as russia's, meanwhile the US has just bought up 80% of the viable agriculture land in Ukraine. I wonder why?

This is INTENTIONAL, it is related to the 2014 coup that killed so many ethnic russians, and it is related to the repeated attacks against russian infrastructure -- all events that LED to this war. I am very, very tired of hearing about "russia's war" from american shores and from ignorant and/or propaganda writers.

Does everybody suddenly have total amnesia? Cant remember anything about US or world history over the last 50-60 years? I do not suffer this amnesia, and I expect everyone to do MUCH better before we wind up wiping all higher life forms from the planet over who gets to be the global hegemon, and who doesnt.
