@darius What qualifies as "annoying" in your book? I know some folks who are allergic to any kind of self-promotion in their social spaces. I don't get it, but some folks are like that. But I'd (naively) expect that "just don't follow those accounts" ought to mostly cover it. Without widely-used reflectors, someone pulling a Canter and Siegel here seems...improbable.

@jesse we are fine with self promotion here on friend camp. There are a lot of indie artists here who promote their wares to live. Our tolerance is actually very high.

"Annoying" is whatever the 60 of us agree is annoying. That's what's nice about a small server: I can get reasonable consensus on a case by case basis without having to codify everything.
