@erincandescent if you're feeling a bit auf krawall gebürstet, you should e-mail gandi and CC the afghan ministry of communications and ask them to get a prorated refund of the registration fees, since they broke their contract to you (they may or may not have broken their contract, but you can always say they did)

I doubt you'll get any money back, but it would be uh, interesting to see what they reply, if they do
