Really condescending approach, heavily relying on the assumption that admins as a group are somehow exceptionally equipped to correctly identify actual bigotry and not fall into traps of bigoted thinking themselves — an assumption based on wishful thinking and more often than not shown to be spectacularly false in the tech-bro culture of Mastodon.
