Your web application is a machine that turns input (user HTTP requests) into output (HTTP responses).

Even if you don't change any code, or anything in the deployed environment at all, your performance can still change if the input changes.

Always check for changes in input.

Are just the nonsense emails I get from Scout which I know are 100% attributable to the changing inputs because we haven’t materially changed the machine. Drives me insane
