@EvanHahn yep so with this framing, it's not actually a discussion about AI at all, right? One could cut all mentions of AI out of this and just discuss "bullshit work".
I would also like to mention that AI is more then just text/image generation. E.g., it can also detect cancer better than radiologists. Or compute quantum chemical properties in linear time with good accuracy. So we definitely want it for such things.
