This very much depends on what is meant by "Enterprise version". If it's what they usually are, as I described above, there's no reason to think Gitea won't end up like GitLab. OTOH if it were a version designed for organizations with more complex needs and deeper pockets to pay hosting and sysadmin costs, but still free code, with a hosted offering to bring in revenue, it could be an alternative to looking for VC money. That's the pitch I'd make to Lunny.
