Approval based registration is coming to @pixelfed

Similar to Mastodon, users will be able to register and be placed in a queue for admin approval before their account is made active!

This should help instances deal with spam sign ups. Admins will still be able to generate and share invite links to bypass this if approval mode is enabled.

Users will soon be able to share invite links too, if their admin has enabled them.
