Refactored the main menu, Settings screens and a few smaller things.

I'm hoping these changes will resolve the app review issues so I can invite y'all to the TestFlight beta this weekend!

@dansup Hi I've installed pixeldroid on my own instance and I cannot upload any pictures. Get a 403 error, any ideas? I've looked everywhere for a fix!

@dansup @pixelfed I am so looking forward to trying this. Posting via the Mastodon app to PixelFed is not a nice experience

@dansup Will you release the latest version of Pixelfed (server side) after Apple approves the TestFlight release‽ I think I remember you saying we would need to upgrade to the latest version & I keep checking GitHub (maybe too much) to see if it has been released.
