May I ask the nasty questions, as much as I'd love to see a Tik Tok alternative, how do you deal with the filter/editing tools ? How do you deal with the media library (Where on Tik Tok has somehow the rights for a large sounds/music library, I feel like it's out of federated app reach to do it legally)

How does Loops deal with it ?

@dansup @pixelfed @loops the problem is the majority of tiktok creators are paid to create. without a monetization story, i don’t think video is ever really going to catch on here like mainstream sites have.
