@dansup @pixelfed I'm not surprised because the Reddit CEO keeps digigng a deeper hole.

I myself deleted my account and opened a Lemmy account on the @lemmyworld server and it's fantastic.

All we need now is a decent Lemmy app for Android. The official app is very buggy and quits all the time. For now I'm using the web app and it's not bad.

We really need to encourage all devs to ho on board and help the people over at Lemmy to scale with this growth otherwise it might fail.

@dansup @pixelfed The startling thing for me is how much attention the upstart Kbin has gotten, compared to the more established Lemmy. Total user counts can get distorted by longevity, but MAUs tell a different story about what's been happening this month:

35,530 Kbin
26,803 Lemmy
14,182 Pixelfed

Obviously, the usual patterns of scalloped growth mean that the current surge will ebb, but ...
