question for the NICW.

The Welsh government’s’ policies seem to be largely focussed on extending broadband.

Broadband is very expensive to install and maintain, and does not produce any revenue. Data centres definitely do create revenue and much else besides.

Why does the the Welsh government concentrate entirely on the part that costs a lot, and completely ignores the part that would actually make money for the Welsh economy?
