@evan @darius @charlesrandall A note, what I consider a big problem with Mastodon right now is that if someone has DMs from non-followers muted, there is no notification to someone sending a DM that it will go in a black hole. This is quite bad, it makes DMs near-useless bc it's a coinflip if it's being blackholed, you don't know whether to follow up out of band etc. Fixing this issue might open up possibilities for other features.
