I want the new fediverse.info/explore/people People Directory to be easier to browse, so when you search or click on a topic that isn't popular you'll see a red X that you can click to remove.

Now I'm thinking about adding advanced filtering so you can hide results based on topics, domains and usernames.

Also considering adding Lists support so you can build and curate lists of accounts that are easily shareable.

Imma ship this before I get too carried away 😅

@dansup You might as well go one step further and make a csv file export option so the lists can easily be imported into platforms like Calckey, which don’t require you to be following an account to have it on a list.

@dansup is there a way to browse groups in the directory as well?

@dansup Very nice and clean UI. I am sure it will help a lot of people just joining the Fediverse to get started.

@dansup Ooh, can you/will you make the Lists actual Mastodon Lists or ActivityPub Collections? Public lists should be a thing, so I can create a 'list' on my instance that's really just a proxy to your list (not a copy or import of members). I'm writing support for this in my little server, but it'd be great if public lists were a general thing.
